Even in the darkest times, there are shades of bright colours.
There is always black in white, there are always lows in the highest, and there is always death in the living. The cup is always half empty at any moment in time.
But there is also white in the black, there is also highs in the lowest, there is also living in the dead. The cup, at the same time it is empty, it is also full.
This is one of the complexities of life: perspective. How we look at the world, how we understand the world, and how we act on it are always related.
In this dynamic dance, between you and your environment, we are shaping, re-shaping and un-shaping ourselves and the external world.
However, as the saying goes, the fish rarely sees the waters in which it is swimming. In the same way, we rarely see the atmosphere we create for ourselves or the ones we live in. But there are always ways to escape our waters, even if it is just for a moment, to pay attention to what waters we are creating.
Pay attention to your surroundings. That’s fundamental to our existence.
